We begin by understanding your priorities, upcoming decisions and areas of exploration. The CHNGMKR team stays with you all year.
As many encounters as your rhythm
At every season of your rhythm, we identify the changemaker most relevant to what you are facing. You receive a clear recommendation explaining why this person, why now and what the conversation could unlock.
Arranged by hand
CHNGMKR handles the research, selection, briefing, coordination and warm introduction. Both sides arrive prepared, so the conversation can begin where it matters.
A continuous thread
After each encounter, we look at what changed and use it to sharpen the next one. The encounters form a personal journey through the year.
A global map, starting close to home.
The cartography is global, but your Season starts around you: we look for the right changemakers near where you live and work, and curate every encounter as close to you as possible.
How we keep the footprint low
We measure the travel footprint of every Season, and we look first for encounters you can reach by train or other low-carbon transport. Flying stays for the ones that truly deserve it. That choice saves you time, and it keeps Season consistent with the low-carbon way we want to work.

What a Season covers, exactly
Who it covers. One person, or a team of up to ten people sharing the same Season. Everyone on the team can join every encounter.
Which changemakers. The level you choose, from 1 to 9 on the CHNGMKR rate card, sets the price of each encounter. Level 10 is arranged on request. A specific encounter above your level stays possible: we quote the difference before confirming it. See the rate card
What it does not include. Travel, accommodation and meals are yours to arrange and are never billed by us.
How Season pays changemakers.
Every encounter pays the changemaker for their time and the CHNGMKR team for the research, the brief and the introduction. The price of an encounter is indexed on the level of the person you meet, on the same rate card for everyone.
